Karalynne’s greatest success is being a mom of 6 kids. She has 4 very active boys and 2 equally active girls, ranging in ages from 20-6. You can usually find her at a basketball court, baseball field, or soccer field watching one of her children play.
Shannon Tripp is passionate about motherhood and the pursuit of natural living and an overall holistic approach. Shannon has worked as a pediatric ER nurse for 10 years and that has given her a unique perspective at home with her own family. She truly believes the greatest joys in life come through intentional motherhood. She dedicates her time to educate mothers on how to keep their children happy and healthy through illness and injury at home. Michelle Pearson is a mom of 5 children including twins. Michelle was one of the first mom vloggers on Youtube and started her mom lifestyle channel back in 2011. She has always been open and honest with her experiences as a mother including postpartum depression as well as her physical health. Michelle wrote the book "Deep Breaths" in 2016 to help new mothers feel more confident as they enter into the world of modern day motherhood. Michelle is passionate about being authentic with what she shares on social media. She wants all women to know that they are not alone in their struggles. She loves helping women and mothers realize their worth and potential. She is a PPD advocate and encourages all women to love themselves first so they can take care of those they love most.
Elise has been teaching in the fitness industry for 18 years (including Spin, Les Mills, BTS & water aerobics, etc) then fell in love with Yoga, resulting in over 3000 hours of yoga certifications & styles over the past 14 years, including Aerial & SUP. A certified Yoga Therapist & constant student, Yoga Therapy became her passion as she needed it herself, not only with emotional healing but physical as well, enduring years of an ASD heart condition resulting in open heart surgery with a difficult recovery. She understands emotional heartbreak can be much harder to heal than physical heartbreak, having been through both personally. She is passionate about sharing the healing tools of self soothing (‘feel to heal’) through mindfulness, meditation and pranayama breath work to empower yourself, enhance your life, and utilize all physical yoga styles as a moving meditation. A firm believer of the power of laughter, her teaching style has a lighthearted approach, keeping things real to help break barriers of fear or intimidation.
